Custom Content / Gate event set

just put RTC3 into my new computer because other one was stolen, but I can't find where I got the event gates set I had before. I did download a set I found on rctgo.com/downloads/view/3164 , but that set crashes the game. if anyone can help, really appreciate it. thanks...
