Custom height, you'll have to build it like the ingame tower rides.
Both counterclockwise and clockwise rotation gondolas included.

Can be found ingame as FC - StarFlyer (in the "Other Rides and Attractions" menu).
The top pieces are aviable as CS, you will find it as FC - StarFlyer Top Pieces (scenery items menu, medium size, generic theme).

Use 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org) to extract.

I don't know how to add lights (animated alpha texture?), for the platform you can easily build one below using path covers.

It works but the platform is not there and maybe you should add some lights to it
