I'd be very surprised if someone in the RCT3 community took the time to make an accurate looking dinosaur or animal.

Revolutionary Rides has a very good Indiana Jones style Jeep that even has robo-controls.

Ah, no worries! ;) I did fail a little on including Brer Rabbit on the front and making the California ones accurate. I wanted to keep the logs very flexible in their appearance so they could suit a variety of uses. The California logs had a very queer design that didn't sit well with me, so I decided to put a more traditional twist on them.

Some of those have been made. ::) One of them by me, unless the Splash Mountain CTR I made wasn't enough detail for you. If you are referring to the California one, however, I suppose it's not completely accurate.

There are great dinosaurs in the Wild! expansion pack.

Which Indiana Jones are you referring to? The Jeeps or the mine carts?

Which Space Mountain are you referring to?

I use a system very similar to this, but I simply did it in an order of "detail." For example, in my set Arid Outpost, a medium curved curved roof that is two heights tall with a droop is named "Roof medium curve 2h droop." I have found this system works pretty well.

I did notice you mentioned the scenery window can not be expanded, yes, this is true, but each individual object name/icon can be made smaller so more fits in the window. All you need to do is press the negative magnifying glass in the top right (I think?) of the window.

I recommend you take a look at my tutorial which shyguy mentioned, mighty_borlaug. It already includes a good bit of what you are talking about: http://www.shyguysworld.com/index.php/topic,8771.0.html

I'm working on a beginner's tutorial for the Importer currently. It's nearly complete, it just needs a lot of editing to make sure it is as clear and concise as the first.
