It would be better to back up and reinstall. Not only is it likely that no-one would do that for you as it is sharing Atari's original content. But it could also cause problems placing content from one version of RCT3 to another.

Like I said, back up and reinstall.

Well Personally all of those sets I tend to use quite often. Although mostly I will use Matts, Vodhin's sets and the Mainstreet sets, They create a pleasing look to my parks. You could call most of them generic. However if I am making a specific theme, for example Prehistoric. Then finding lamps to fit can be difficult. In that situation I would find lights that you can hide easily around scenery like DasMatze lights and maybe add a particle effect.

However you were asking originally for Jurassic Park and in this case you could definitely have modern lighting, spots and plain tall high intensity bulbs. Vodhin's has spots and some floodlights in there too.

I know I am not completely clear but, I hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestions, Pixie. I was also very much on the fence regarding lighting. What theme do you usually go for in your park?

For anyone who doesn't know what MTTM is - https://web.archive.org/web/20080618133553/http://www.modstothemax.net:80/community/index.php?action=forum

That's the forum I am coming from. CoasterJoe was here, right? I am desperate to find 2 environments for URDC and it appears none of the people that used to be on the forum is here. Can CoasterJoe be contacted? The name is nearly the same as the one used in MTTM, but in there, there was a 0 in the end of Joe.
A 4th category has been added to Planet Coaster downloads. It is for rides that are too big for blueprints.
Also, the maximum file size has been increased to 50MB.
Planet Coaster

You may add links to the Steam Workshop for your Planet Coaster parks, rides, and blueprints. Your projects can get some added exposure through the CS Depot, and not get lost within the hundreds of thousands of other items available for Planet Coaster through the Workshop. Just paste the url where it says "Upload Url:" Be sure to include a screenshot.

With the ability to add billboards to the game, along with your own music and sound files, the CS Depot has opened its doors to accepting these files for upload. Now you can have a centralized place where players can get those extra files so they can enjoy downloading and visiting your parks even more.

Here's how to add your Planet Coaster stuff to the CS Depot.

There are currently 3 categories for Planet Coaster uploads...Parks, Blueprints, and UserMedia/Music Files.

To add a Steam Workshop link to a park or blueprint, be sure to first choose the correct category. Paste the url to your Steam Workshop page in the "Upload Url:" field. Or, you can upload the actual file if you like. Just choose "Upload File:" instead. Add a screenshot (must be uploaded from your hard drive) and that's it. Be sure your screenshot file is under 300,000 bytes, or it won't be accepted.

To upload your media files, (sound effect, music, images, etc.)zip them in a single package and choose "Upload File:". Never use "Upload File: and "Upload Url:" in the same upload page. It will only accept one or the other, so you can't use "Upload Url:" to post a link to your park on Steam. You need to paste the url in the description field. I have raised the maximum file size limit to 40Mb. You will need to split your files into multiple packages if the combined zipped file exceeds 40Mb. (I may up the limit, if it becomes necessary) Make sure to include directions on where to install the files in your zipped package. Add a screenshot of your park, and you're done.

Any questions, don't hesitate to ask here.

Hi. Welcome to the CS Depot. It's pretty quiet here, but you'll find lots more activity over at the main forums. http://www.shyguysworld.com/index.php.
General Chat / RCT3 Wishlist
« Last post by Ge0zard on August 16, 2017, 08:01:33 PM »
Here is a wishlist I made because I always wanted these CT/CTRs:

#1: RMC Raptor CT

I was gonna ask for an RMC Raptor CTR, but that would be hard to make. I want a RMC Raptor CT because I feel like RCT3 needs more CTs and we should have one on the RMC Raptor. It would be cool having a custom layout of an RMC Raptor instead of having the same layout as Railblazer and Wonder Woman's Golden Lasso Coaster.

#2: Zamperla CT

I want Zamperla CTs of the Volare, Motocoaster, and Spinning Mouse coasters, and it's kinda hard recreating them. Plus it's kinda hard to anty up the speed of the motocoaster while it's on block section and there's two trains it kinda goes slow when it launches up in the first part of the track.

#3: Boomerang CT with a catch car

Instead of a Boomerang CT launching backwards, someone should add a patch to Cinipae's Boomerang CT adding a catch car, so the Boomerang CT would be realistic and would make sense. There isn't any Boomerang coasters that launches backwards.

#4: Vekoma Rollerskate CTR

I know there's a rollerskater CTR, but I want one where the cars are the rollerskating shoes like the Roller Skater at Kentucky Kingdom. Plus it can't be recolored and have the same color scheme like the ones in real life.

That is all, I might add more, but I hope you enjoyed.
